This programme is designed to create a long lasting behavioural and cultural change which supports great leadership practice throughout your organisation and further embed your company's core values.

This eCourse is designed to help you reach your potential, by supporting you with valuable lessons and leadership techniques.

Shared Operating System

Working through the programme as a group helps to align leaders around principles such as trust, respect, transparency and accountability.

  • Understand your strengths and how to do more of what you love in your job.
  • Increase ownership of yourself as a leader in the world.
  • Reduce stress, overwhelm and enjoy the leadership journey.

This is a 7-month programme with monthly 120-minute virtual group calls.

Meet Steve

Before becoming a coach in 2017, Steve worked as a  high-performing business leader in the energy and manufacturing sectors, for which he received an Inspiring Leader Award.

He brings an optimistic mindset and sense of humour to his coaching, instilling clients with positivity and confidence.
